Curlew's Nest - Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings are Saturday to Saturday

Arrival time is after 5.00pm

Departure time 10.00am

Duvets and pillows are provided but bed linen and towels are not.

We only accept bookings from persons aged 18 or over.

As Atlantic Bays only cater for families and couples we reserve the right to

refuse bookings from single sex groups or groups of young adults.

Smoking is not permitted in the chalet or on the decked area.

Bbq's are only permitted in the designated area and not near the chalets.

No pets are allowed in the chalet.

The chalet is to be used only for the purpose of holiday accommodation

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.

The balance will be due eight weeks before the start date of the booking.

Full payment will be required for any bookings made within eight weeks of the

start date.

Any cancellations must be made in writing.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made between eight weeks and one week prior to the

commencement of the holiday will attract a 50% levy. Cancellations made one week prior to the commencement of the holiday will attract a 100% levy.

We will attempt to re-let the chalet for the cancelled period. If we do, then we will refund any monies paid less a £30 administration charge.

We will only cancel your booking due to situations beyond our control. In such

circumstances we will inform you as soon as is practicable and refund all monies paid.

We will only be liable for any payments made to us.

Please ensure the following

That the chalet and its contents are treated with respect.

When leaving that the door is locked and the key is placed back in the key box and it is locked.

Any damage or breakages are reported immediately

Please arrive after the stated time and leave by the stated time.

We will furnish you with a clean and comfortable chalet and make every provision to

ensure that all contents and fittings are as described and are in working order.

There is a list of Site rules in the chalet.

No liability will be accepted by us for loss, personal injury, damage or theft of your

belongings or property however caused.
